Casey Riordan Millard has exhibited her artwork throughout the United States since graduating from Ohio University in 1994. Casey created Shark Girl in 2004 while confronting her rational and irrational fears. She lives in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, their two sons, and two cats. Shark Girl and Belly Button is her first children’s book.
